“Copyright Infringement Notice”
and include the following information:

- A detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on RugReceipts where the infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notice (If You Believe a Mistake Has Been Made)
If you believe a takedown request was submitted in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may file a counter-notice by contacting us at the same email address. We recommend consulting legal counsel before submitting a counter-notice.
Important Notes
- We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Repeat infringers may be banned from using our site.
- We reserve the right to forward all copyright complaints to the alleged infringer.
