Instructions for Custom Rug Designs 

 1 - Select rug size from the dropdown above add to cart button.

 2 - Complete order WITH EMAIL.

 3 - As soon as an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.  Respond to the email with specifics on how you would like the design, examples above.  We will respond and start your design within 1-3 days.

 4 - After the design is finished we will send the preview for you to decide if the design is okay or if you would like revisions. Orders are printed and shipped after production.

 

Design + Shipping Times
Express ($15.00) - Design 2-4 business days, Production + Shipping 7-15 business days
Standard (Free) - Design 5-10, business days, Production + Shipping 15-25 business days

 

**All orders can be canceled for a full refund before design approval with a 5 dollar cancelation fee**
Custom orders come with unlimited revisions. Both parties reserve the right to cancel the order anytime before design approval.
